How to configure company details

Update name, contact details, address, tax, payment terms, and business hours before using them on documents and reminders.

1. Open Company details

  1. Go to Settings > Company details.
  2. Review Company details, Address, Preferences, and Business hours.
  3. Use business information your customers will recognize on quotes and invoices.

2. Complete contact details and address

  1. Enter the company name, phone, email, and website.
  2. Add street address, city, state, and ZIP when you want those details ready for documents.
  3. Turn on Show address on public documents only when customers should see that address.

3. Review preferences before saving

  1. Set timezone, default tax rate, and payment terms.
  2. Review business hours if customers will see them on documents or reminders.
  3. Click Save only when you are ready to keep the changes.
