How to create reusable services

Create services or products that you can add faster to quotes, jobs, and invoices.

1. Open Services

  1. Go to Settings > Services.
  2. Review the saved services or products list.
  3. Use search and filters if you have many records.

2. Add a service

  1. Click Add.
  2. Choose Type, enter Name, and add a description that is useful for the team.
  3. Use clear names such as Gutter cleaning, HVAC tune-up, or Exterior painting.

3. Confirm where it will be available

  1. Keep Available in quotes, jobs, and invoices enabled when you want to reuse it on documents.
  2. Turn it off only when the item should not appear in those flows.
  3. Click Save when you are ready to keep it.

Item that can be used as a service on documents and jobs.

Next step: Use it for labor or repeated services.

The service could not be saved.
