What a field member can see

Field mode keeps the daily shift, current activity, and assigned jobs together so the crew can review the day without using office modules.

Updated

For: Owner, Admin, Field member

Before you start

  • Field is designed for daily on-site work: shift, activities, and assigned visits.
  • A member sees jobs when a visit or assignment exists for the visible period.
  • Do not click Clock in, Lunch, or General if you are only reviewing the screen.

1. Field Today

  1. Use Today to review the shift and current activity.
  2. Check whether the shift is open or closed.
  3. Review whether jobs are assigned for today.
