- Use real US-market service names such as roofing, gutters, HVAC, or exterior painting.
1. Open the detail
- Go to Jobs.
- Click the job you want to review.
- Confirm the status next to the title.

2. Review operations
- Read dates, assignment, amount, and notes.
- Review Visits for the next visit.
- Confirm services and amount before billing.
3. Review customer and documents
- Use the customer card to confirm contact.
- Review linked quotes.
- Do not edit, invoice, or add visits when you are only reviewing.
Statuses and options you may see
- Scheduled
Meaning: The job has a date or visit.
Next step: Confirm team and time.
- Unassigned
Meaning: No person is assigned.
Next step: Assign before execution when needed.
- Next visit
Meaning: Shows the upcoming visit.
Next step: Use it to plan the schedule.
- Converted
Meaning: The quote is already linked to the job.
Next step: Do not duplicate work from that quote.
