How to read a job detail page

Read status, dates, visits, services, location, customer, and linked quote from the job detail page.

Before you start

  • Confirm you are on the right job before editing or creating documents.
  • Do not save, edit, invoice, or add visits when you are only reviewing.
  • Use real US-market service names such as roofing, gutters, HVAC, or exterior painting.

1. Open the detail

  1. Go to Jobs.
  2. Click the job you want to review.
  3. Confirm the status next to the title.

2. Review operations

  1. Read dates, assignment, amount, and notes.
  2. Review Visits for the next visit.
  3. Confirm services and amount before billing.

3. Review customer and documents

  1. Use the customer card to confirm contact.
  2. Review linked quotes.
  3. Do not edit, invoice, or add visits when you are only reviewing.

Statuses and options you may see

Scheduled

Meaning: The job has a date or visit.

Next step: Confirm team and time.

Unassigned

Meaning: No person is assigned.

Next step: Assign before execution when needed.

Next visit

Meaning: Shows the upcoming visit.

Next step: Use it to plan the schedule.

Converted

Meaning: The quote is already linked to the job.

Next step: Do not duplicate work from that quote.
