How to change or reset your password

Create a new password from the most recent recovery email, then sign back in to IMPULSO with your email.

Before you start

  • Use the most recent recovery email you received.
  • Keep the email address you use for IMPULSO nearby.
  • If you sign in with Google, return to sign in and use Continue with Google.

1. Open the new password screen

  1. Open the most recent password recovery email.
  2. Click the link to create a new password.
  3. Confirm that you see the Create a new password screen.

2. Save the new password

  1. Enter a new password that you do not use for other services.
  2. Click Save password.
  3. Wait for confirmation before closing the screen.
  4. Return to sign in and use your email with the new password.
Tip If your browser suggests a strong password, save it in your password manager before continuing.

3. If the link does not work

  1. Return to the sign-in screen.
  2. Click Forgot your password? and request a new link.
  3. Use only the latest email and avoid opening older links.
  4. If you still cannot sign in, contact support.

4. Messages you may see

These messages help you decide what to do next.

Create a new password

Means: the link opened the right screen. Next step: enter a new password. Does not mean: the change has already been saved.

Saved

Means: IMPULSO accepted the new password. Next step: sign in again with that password. Does not mean: you need to request another link.

Expired or invalid link

Means: that email can no longer be used to change the password. Next step: request a new link. Does not mean: your account was deleted.

Error

Means: IMPULSO could not complete the change. Next step: review the password you entered or request a new link. Does not mean: you permanently lost access.
